    The signature Bern, a mat class combining the deep muscle Bern of Pilates with the soul and stretch of yoga. This class is a full body workout. Leave feeling lengthened and lifted.

    An open-level class aimed to target and superset muscle groups within the booty, core, arms and legs.

    *Open-level class, beginner and pre- and postnatal friendly.

  • Power Bern

    45 MINS

    Bern to get your heart racing and your body strong, a mat class combining HIIT, strength and conditioning training. This class will build core strength and stamina, improve endurance and condition the entire body.

    *Advanced-level full-body workout class with minimal breaks aimed to challenge experienced clients.

  • POWER PLUS BERN

    45 MINS

    Feel the body Bern, a mat class that takes the ‘Power Bern’ up a notch with high intensity interval training. This class will build core strength and stamina, improve endurance and condition the entire body.

    *Open level class with advanced progressions that will give a seasoned Berner a challenging workout.

  • Barre Bern

    45 MINS

    Barre with a Berner spin. A fast paced mat class that fuses ballet-inspired movement and Pilates high-rep combinations to retro songs that will make you want to boogie while you bern. This class will get your heart rate soaring and muscles Berning.

    *Open-level class, beginner and pren- and postnatal friendly.

  • Mums and Bubs Bern

    45 MINS

    Bern with a baby on-board, a mat class designed to strengthen your body postpartum so you can feel your confident best. This class combines the deep muscle engagement of Pilates with the soul and stretch of Yoga, with a focus on how to reconnect and reactivate deep core muscles and the pelvic floor postpartum. BYO baby, or Bern without.

    *Open-level class for prenatal and postpartum clients.

    *Babies 12 months and under. Clients must be cleared by a health professional to attend a group class. It is recommended to bring your baby in a carrier or mat. Strollers are to be left outside of the studio.

  • SLOW STRETCH BERN

    Hit the breaks with a slow Bern, a restorative stretch mat class that deeply nourishes the body and provides an opportunity to take the gaze inward. This class is designed to explore depth and improve flexibility and symmetry while replenishing your energy levels.

    *Open level class suitable for all, including pre- and postnatal clients.

  • MINI & ME BERN

    45 MINS

    Bern with your mini in toe - a fun mat class that combines the fundamentals of Pilates, yoga, and breath work techniques in an engaging and lighthearted way to hold the attention of your mini.

    This class is designed to introduce your mini to movement, mindfulness and the power of manifestation.

    *Open-level class suitable for ages 4-17 and pre- and postnatal client

  • BOX AND BERN

    45 MINS

    Box and Bern, a fun mat class combining shadow boxing with small hand weights, cardio, strength and conditioning training. This class is a full body workout that will get you sweating and build strength and stamina. No partnering or use of gloves.

    *Advanced-level full-body workout class with minimal breaks aimed to challenge experienced clients.

  • Sound Bern

    Feel the Bern through sound and vibration, this class promotes deep rest, nervous system rebalancing, and improves emotional health and well-being.

    In a comfortable seat or laying down , you’ll be guided through a meditation and gentle breathwork, your mind will drop into a parasympathetic state and then the sounds will take you on a journey.

  • Mindful meditation bern

    Strengthen the mind and relax the nervous system with a group meditation that will deepen your mindfulness, and self-awareness through Mantra practices.
